Vibrators are widely used in the paving and concrete industry for vibrating the vibrator bit or displacing the water to form a pond. They were also developed for the removal of difficult substances from the material. There are two types of Vibration tools; one is a rotating Vibrator that is self-contained with an engine mounted in it, while the other is a piston-driven Vibrator with an extension rod/rocker arm driven by a separate motor/engine.
The main differences between these two types of vibrators are their operating principles and dimensions, which mainly depend on their designed application.
Uses Of Vibrator Construction Equipment's
The following industries use the vibrator construction equipment:
• Jewelers manufacturing jewelry materials and precious metals
• Ceramists making clay objects and pottery
• Confectioners are making candy and other dessert items.
• Wholesalers of sweets, candies, ice cream, or beverage items
• Food industry workers involved in the production or processing of foodstuffs like dairy products, meat, fruits, vegetables, and beverages
Types Of Vibrating Tools
The paving and concrete industry commonly uses a piston-type vibrator to get maximum performance from the equipment. However, there are a few main types of vibrating tools that help perform jobs more efficiently and precisely, such as a vibratory sand screening machine.
1. Piston Vibrator/Vibro-Ram:
This is a hinged arm with a magnet that swings up and down, thereby producing vibrations for loosening the soil or rock formation and removing such materials once they have been loosened.
The arm is attached to a piston rod, which is attached to a single-cylinder or double-acting cylinder and runs continuously while vibrating. The maximum design speed should not exceed 60 rpm. The piston rod can be either a solid rod or hollow.
2. Vibrating Bits:
These are made in two types, one is the rotary type, and the other one is the reciprocating type. The main operation of both these tools is to loosen the soil or rock formation and remove such materials once they have been loosened.
3. Rotary Vibro-Bits:
These are equipped with a blade that rotates while vibrating and loosens the soil or rock formation. The length of this tool should not exceed 18" due to the high centrifugal forces that develop during operation. The weight of these blades should not exceed 12 lbs.
Conclusion
In the current market scenario, vibrator construction equipment is used by the above-listed industries. All these industries mentioned above work with different materials like gold/silver alloys & soft metals. Apart from this, they also deal with sugar & fluid flow, which makes it difficult to control the material during various process stages.
