Vibratory Sand Screening Machine

The high-quality carbon steel and alloys used in producing the Vibrator Sand Screening Machine are only one example of the attention to detail that goes into this machine's design. Its sturdy construction guarantees reliable service even in the harshest of building sites. Various types and output levels fall under this category of machines, and we stock them all. These devices guarantee high-quality sifting, screening, and washing of different sand types for improved building standards. Moreover, Careful wrapping at the packaging facility can prevent product damage during shipping and handling. We only use reliable suppliers for our packing materials.

Principles of vibratory sand screening machine

From the cloth aperture, artificial sand is dispersed into the double-channel mesh surface of the screen box, where it is then propelled forward in a hopping motion by the exciting force provided by the two motors operating at the same frequency.

The machine-made sand that has been finely crushed falls through the upper screen and is released through the lower discharge port; the machine-made sand that is still relatively large is retained in the upper layer.

The outlet is constructed with various sizes to accommodate the variations in the volume required to discharge coarse and fine sand, which have different specific gravities.

Because of the distributor's design, machine-made sand is fed more consistently, and the screen is protected from damage by a buffering effect, resulting in a thin, homogeneous layer of sand that is screened with greater precision.

Screening machine-made sand is more effective with the double-channel detachable screen design, and the screen can be easily swapped out.

There is no interference between the screens; if one is broken, the other will continue to function.

The large model has a larger area and a more robust screening capacity, and the hourly output can reach 60 tonnes.

The thick-diameter woven mesh has more substantial bearing pressure, wear resistance, and prolongs the service life of the screen machine;

The multi-layer design can be carried out according to the different fineness of stone, sand, and powder of machine-made sand raw materials.

One machine-made sand linear vibrating screen can screen various particle sizes. A larger version can be created if there is interest.

To conclude

Vibrating Screens' primary function is the separation of several materials. An abundance of materials of varying shapes and sizes are distributed across the sieve surface, where only the desired particles can come into contact with the screen. With the help of vibration, the materials in the screen box will become loose, allowing the smaller particles to escape through the opening and fall through to the lower sieve. The bigger particles can't squeeze through. Ultimately, rotary screens will separate the materials.
